Alun Williams BA (Hons) MPA CMgr MCIPS Chartered FCMI

Alun leads Arfon Consulting as Managing Director and has deep public services management experience across Central Government (UK & Devolved Administrations), Local Authorities, the NHS, Further Education and the Utilities sector.

In addition to being a Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional, Alun also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Robert Gordon University’s Aberdeen Business School and is also a Chartered Manager.

Alun specialises in developing and implementing commercially-focused public procurement strategies for the delivery of complex and major procurement projects.

Jennifer Allan BSc PgCert MCMI

Educated in Australia, Scotland, and the United States, Jennifer has a wealth of project and programme management experience gained from her extensive career within multinational financial services and banking PLCs before co-founding Arfon Consulting in 2014.

Jennifer designs and implements business strategy and delivers our ISO 9001 accredited quality management system, whilst setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth in her role as the company's Chief Operating Officer.

Professionally qualified as a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, Jennifer is working towards achieving her Chartered Manager (CMgr) accreditation, the most prestigious status available in the management profession.
