Competition Rules - Mastering State Aid, Public Procurement & PPPs

Arfon Consulting is delighted to be here in Paris co-delivering ETCP's Competition Rules public impact training seminar with my Lithuanian colleague, Ignas Paukstys, to our multinational delegates from Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and, Czechia.The topics Ignas and I are going to cover over the next three days will include:

  • State Aid A-Z including the Four Tests, GBER, ESFI, de minimis, and Guidelines;
  • Public Procurement Directives 2014 and their practical application by public authorities;
  • Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), the Concessions Directive and a case study on the 58km/€570M Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route roads PPP project, part-financed by the European Investment Bank.
