EU Directorate-General for Internal Policies publishes a study on State Aid and Cohesion Policy

On 6 March 2018, the Directorate-General published a study explaining how the EU state aid rules apply to operations co-financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF).This study considers how EU state aid rules interact with the ESIF rules and offers adjustments that will facilitate the implementation of ESIF-supported projects to ensure compliance with EU state aid rules.
